I am doing everything right and I am still sick. I get better and my symptoms return or another issue presents itself. I am out of money, ideas and I am simply broken. Take a moment right now and ask yourself, what is the one thing I can do to make myself feel better, what is the one thing I can do to be in a better place? You are not alone feeling lost forgotten sick and tired. You might be struggling but you are not dead. You can heal and you are the key. You are the answer. Your body and your mind holds the answer to your healing. I have no idea why you are on your life’s journey. But I can tell you that after 12 years of being sick, I took control and became my own advocate. I forever changed my health and well being. I made the difference. It was not a magical doctor or potion or antibiotic. I changed. I am not going to lie. I was not given a manual or step by step directions. But I took that first amazing step to regain my health by believing in myself. At the time I was on the bottom stair looking up. I knew I was in for a challenge but I climbed that first step. I rested and took another. What I did not do is give up! I climbed, stumbled, fell back a few times, but I did not give up. Each step of my healing journey led me to a new level a new perspective. I am almost to the top and you know what? I want another set of stairs to climb. If I feel this good at this level how great will I feel if I keep climbing? Right now this exact moment I am giving you the key to start your wellness journey. Believe in your own ability to heal. Listen to your inner voice. Take the time to ask yourself what do I need to get better. Stop the madness slow down and listen. Hear is the key to unlock your wellness journey. Believe. Take a deep breath and repeat “I believe” do it again and again as much as you have to. Write it on your mirror. Write it on slips of paper and post them around your house. When you believe in your ability to heal you will get better. Listen to Lissa Rankin talk for 18 minutes to get the ball rolling. Then listen to your inner self. This is the first step. Curing your disease is not necessarily the only thing that needs addressed. Taking that first step is the hardest. But do it. Do it right now! Then find the root cause of your issues and start working there. Often you will be surprised at what is actually holding you in an unhealthy state. Continue to find uplifting websites to encourage you and fill you will hope. Stop focusing on the illness and redirect your focus on the first step. Then no matter how daunting your view is looking up those stairs and keep climbing. Releasing your fears and believing is liberating!!! After watching this video comment and let me know you believe in your ability to heal! Tell the world!
