My Current Protocol as of January 2018
Current protocol is a follows. I want to be as up front with everyone about my successes and current protocol. Currently still following anti-inflammation diet. No Soy, Dairy, Gluten, Sugar, Artificial Sugar, Corn. Added back in eggs but from organic local farm raised chickens and organic cheese. I also added back in very small amounts of organic cane sugar. Eating healthy Omega 3’s in my diet. I also follow Dr Hyman’s Ten Day Detox Diet. I did the program for 10 days starting September 22, 2014. I currently keep my diet clean by only eating whole foods. After being compliant for several years I can now eat about 80% to 90% whole clean foods and 10%-20% not. Yes, I enjoy birthday cake on occasion and I celebrate life with champagne.
Throughout the Day
- Prebiotics---in the form of fermented foods
In the Morning
- Levothyroxine, (generic for Synthroid) 50 mg taken as soon as I awake in the morning for thyroid
- D 3 1 5,000 IU
- Multi Thera This is a one a day type multi to support MTHFR and HPU
- Deplin, L-Methylfola 7.5 1/4 each morning
- Magnesium oil applied to skin
- HPU protocol , Zinc, Selenium, Taurine, Manganese, DIM... Micro Minerals by BioPure
- Nordic Naturals Omega -3
In the Evening
- Turkey Rhubarb by Proherb or Formula 1 by Dr Schultz or Acai Super Cleanse, Life Smart Labs To keep the body regular one of these is taken per night as needed
- Castor oil packs
- lemon water, lime water or Organic apple cider vinegar for acid indigestion
- Epsom Salt bath as needed.
- Body brushing every day
- Coconut oil used as a moisturizer
- Watch Ellen. Everyone needs some uplifting! Laugh often!
- Listen to music and dance as often as possible
- Infared Sauna by Sunlighten recommended by Dr. Klinghardt.
- Rebounding and skin brushing prior to sauna. Started this protocol to help with Mold issues from new Home.
- I work with a trainer 2 times a week and go to the gym once a week
- I plank and mix in stomach exercises 3 times a week.
